Do you charge shipping?
NO, I DO NOT!!
How often do you ship?
I ship five days a week (M-F). All purchases, with completed payment before 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) will be shipped between 11:00 and 12:00 (PST) after confirmation of payment.
Do you ship on Saturdays?
Sorry, no.. If you order and process payment after 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, I will ship the item(s) the following Monday (with the exception of any holidays)
What forms of payment do you accept?
For my protection and yours, I am only accepting PayPal.
What is your returns policy?
ALL returns must be completed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Not as described - Complete refund of purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping. Damaged - Complete refund of purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping. All other reasons - No refund, I do not do buyers remorse.
Do you accept returns after the 5 days?
NO. Any returns mailed on the 6th day or later will not be refunded.
Do you ship with tracking #?
Yes, for priority mail. Generally not for media and 1st class.
When is payment expected?
Payment is expected with in 24 hrs.
Do you charge sales tax?
No.
